There are cars that follow the rules. And then there is the Beetle. The small, round icon has never stopped to ask the way, but has always forged its own path. Since the 1960s, it has been lowered, raised, painted in bright colours and modified beyond recognition all over the world. Each Beetle tells its own story, but they all have one thing in common – they are bursting with creativity.
The Beetle and tuning go back a long way: KAMEI laid the way for car tuning in Germany when it created the first front spoiler in the 1950s – and the Beetle then became a stage for wild ideas. Like the Hot Rod, which combined speed and style, or the Baja Bug, with its giant tyres so it could handle any kind of terrain. Thanks to its robust design and air-cooled flat engine, the Beetle was the perfect canvas for those who wanted to be different.
The VW Beetle Custom from siku is not a reproduction of any specific modification, but rather a tribute to the diversity and ingenuity that made the Beetle a legend. With its lowered body, wide tyres and rebellious nature, it brings the spirit of tuning culture to the playroom.
A champion on the carpet race track or a symbol of boundless imagination, the siku Beetle Custom is a toy like no other. It is a statement. Climb in, set off and reimagine the world – just like the Beetle tuning scene has been doing for decades.
